01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and kkkjl ("kkkjl," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at kkkjl.app ("the Platform"). 03 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on kkkjl. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, kkkjl will close all but the original account, forfeit any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts, and may permanently ban the player from the Platform.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. kkkjl is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility. 3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and Philippine gaming requirements, kkkjl conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kkkjl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits are credited to your kkkjl account upon confirmation from the payment provider. kkkjl does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. kkkjl reserves the right to decline any deposit at its sole discretion.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

4.4 Currency

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

kkkjl offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering (rollover) requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry dates.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The wagering requirement is calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount). Wagers placed on games that are excluded from bonus play do not count toward wagering requirements. kkkjl reserves the right to specify which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

kkkjl actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, kkkjl reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and close the account.

5.4 Rewards Program

kkkjl operates a loyalty rewards program for regular players. Points are accumulated on qualifying real-money wagers and may be redeemed in accordance with the terms set out on the Rewards page. kkkjl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on kkkjl are operated using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, conducted by trained human dealers under controlled conditions. Game outcomes are determined independently of any player action or system intervention by kkkjl.

Each game on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between the game rules displayed within the game and any other communication, the rules displayed within the game shall prevail.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, kkkjl will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. 07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kkkjl and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any player who discovers a bug must report it to kkkjl immediately and must not exploit it.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including unauthorized use of payment methods belonging to third parties.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kkkjl staff or other players through any communication channel.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the kkkjl Platform — including but not limited to the kkkjl brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of kkkjl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of kkkjl.

09 Privacy & Data

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kkkjl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage.

kkkjl's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude kkkjl's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Responsible Gaming

kkkjl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. Players may access deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options through their account settings or by contacting our support team.

Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, kkkjl will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from accessing the Platform and will not send promotional communications to the excluded player during the exclusion period.

12 Termination

• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination for cause, kkkjl may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your account at any time by contacting kkkjl support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines.

kkkjl's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status are final and binding, subject only to manifest error or fraud.
